These Terms & Conditions ("terms") apply to everyone who visits vimero.in or buys the AI Content & Ads Kit ("the kit") sold by Vimero ("Vimero", "we", "us"), an independent business operating in India. By browsing the site, placing an order or downloading the files, you agree to these terms, so please read them once before you pay.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not make a purchase. If anything here is unclear, write to us at silentgrowth5@gmail.com and we will explain it in plain language.

The kit is a digital product: a bundle of 9 PDFs + startup guide, including copy-paste AI prompts, a 30-day content calendar, Meta ads frameworks, WhatsApp sales scripts in English and Hinglish, Canva layout blueprints and a daily planner. Nothing is shipped physically — delivery happens online, which is why the site says "instant download" everywhere.

• After a successful payment you get an instant download link (on the confirmation page and by email).
• The PDFs open on any modern phone, tablet or laptop — no special software is needed beyond a PDF reader.
• The exact files included in the current edition are listed on the product page before checkout.

When you buy the kit, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business or your employer's business. This license is meant to keep the kit practical for real day-to-day marketing work while protecting the work that went into it.

• Allowed: copy the prompts, scripts and templates into your own posts, ads, chats and documents; edit them freely; use the outputs from AI tools commercially.
• Not allowed: resell, share, upload or redistribute the PDFs themselves (in full or in part), whether free or paid, publicly or privately.
• Not allowed: claim the kit as your own product, or include it in any course, bundle, membership or download area.
• Team use: one purchase covers one person or one business. For agency or team licenses, contact us and we will set it up fairly.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). The current launch price is ₹349 (marked down from the regular list price of ₹1,499), and it is a one-time payment — there is no subscription and no hidden charges. The launch price is introductory and may increase after the launch period; the price shown at the moment of your checkout is the price you pay.

Payments on vimero.in are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. ("Razorpay"), a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials at any point. Applicable Indian taxes are included in the listed price unless stated otherwise on the checkout page.

Delivery is instant and digital. As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, the download link is shown on the confirmation page and sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder first — that solves it in most cases.

If your download link does not work, email us from the same email address used for the order within 7 days, and we will send the files manually or issue a refund — see our Refund Policy. There is no shipping fee, no delivery timeline and no physical package involved in this order.

You agree to use the kit and this website lawfully. Please do not attempt to hack, scrape at scale, bypass payment, or misuse the site in any way. The prompts and templates are starting points — you are responsible for the content you publish with them, including checking facts, following each platform's rules (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Meta ads policies) and complying with Indian advertising and consumer-protection laws for your own offers.

We are deliberately honest about this: the kit is a toolbox, not a magic button. It gives you ready-made prompts, calendars, scripts and frameworks, but marketing results (followers, enquiries, sales) depend on your product, pricing, consistency, market and execution. We do not guarantee any specific income, sales or growth outcome from using the kit, and nothing on this website should be read as such a promise.

The kit, its PDFs, this website and all their content are owned by Vimero and protected by Indian and international copyright law. AI platforms and their names (ChatGPT, Gemini, Meta, WhatsApp, Canva and others) belong to their respective owners — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Purchasing the kit does not transfer ownership to you; it grants the license described in section 3.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vimero is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the kit or this website. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the kit. We supply the kit "as is" and keep improving it, but we do not promise that every template will fit every business situation.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute related to your purchase will first be handled by our support team — most issues are solved within a couple of emails. If a resolution is not possible, the matter will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We may update these terms as the product or applicable law evolves. The "last updated" date at the top always shows the current version, and the version in force for your order is the one published on the day you completed the payment.
