Privacy Policy

Vimero ("we", "us") operates vimero.in and sells the AI Content & Ads Kit. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect when you visit or buy from this site, why we collect it, and the control you have over it. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and general data-protection good practice.

• Order details: your name and email address — needed to deliver the files and support you.
• Payment metadata: order ID, amount, payment method and status, shared by our payment gateway. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
• Basic usage data: pages visited and general device/browser information, used only to understand what is working on the site and fix problems.
• Support messages: anything you voluntarily email us, so we can help you and keep a record of the resolution.

All payments on vimero.in are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. When you pay, your payment information is handled directly by Razorpay under Razorpay's privacy policy. Vimero only receives the confirmation (success/failure), the order ID and the amount — never your sensitive payment credentials.

• To deliver the kit: generate your download link, email it, and re-send it if you lose it.
• To support you: answer questions, fix download issues, and process refunds if applicable.
• For accounting and legal record-keeping, as required by Indian tax and commercial law.
• To improve the site and the kit: understanding which pages help people decide and which need fixing.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers that follow you across other websites.

vimero.in uses only the minimum cookies needed for the site to work (for example, remembering your session during checkout) and, if enabled, simple privacy-respecting analytics to count page views. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time — the product pages will still work.

• Razorpay — to process your payment securely (see section 3).
• Our email delivery provider — to send your download link and order email.
• Professional advisors or authorities — only where required by Indian law, court order, or to prevent fraud.

Apart from the above, your data stays with us. We never share, rent or sell it to marketers or data brokers.

The site is served over HTTPS, access to order records is limited to the people who genuinely need it, and we keep the amount of personal data we hold as small as possible. We retain order and payment records only as long as required for accounting and legal purposes; support conversations are kept while they remain useful for helping you.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to ask how your data is being processed. To exercise any of these rights, email us from the address used for the order. We will verify the request and act on it within a reasonable period (usually within 7 working days).

Under Indian IT rules, we have designated a grievance officer. If you have a complaint about how your data or your order was handled and our support team could not resolve it, write to: Grievance Officer, Vimero — silentgrowth5@gmail.com. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days, as required by law.

The kit is a business product and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has made a purchase, contact us and we will refund and remove the data.

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes (for example, a new payment partner) will also be highlighted on the site before they take effect.
